"This is just now beginning to lose some color around the rim. Consistent with this, the nose is displaying soft secondary aromas that include stone, earth and animale notes that also characterize the round, delicious and still admirably intense middle weight flavors that possess fine detail and plenty of vitality on the mildly rustic but mouth coating finish. This is close to being ready but for my taste, I would allow another 2 to 4 years of cellar time. In sum, this is lovely juice and a classic Cazetiers."
