Silky and polished, the 2010 Caverio (70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre) dishes out beautifully pure, fragrant aromatics of raspberry, blueberry, underbrush, violets and licorice to go with a medium-bodied, elegant and seamless mouthfeel. Hard to resist and just perfectly balanced, it should continue to dish out loads of pleasure over the coming 5-7 years.
