A generous dollop of wood toast frames the fresh and layered nose of red currant, black raspberry, spice and earth aromas. This is also admirably concentrated with a more refined mouth feel to the more modestly scaled flavors that also brim with plenty of dry extract, all wrapped in a mocha and wood toast-infused finish. This isn't as powerful but it too will require extended cellaring.
