Tasting notes

A wonderfully elegant and expressive nose combines notes of dark currant, poached plum, spice and a floral top note. The super-sleek and even more refined middleweight flavors also flash evident minerality on the balanced and powerful but not rustic finale. This should also be capable of repaying a decade plus of keeping though in this case, it's going to need on the order of 7 to 8 years to round into form. In a word, excellent.
