"Vibrant aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon, Anjou pear and toast. Intensely flavored and quite youthfully unevolved; strong, fine mousse. Lemon and chalk flavors are quite fine if a bit austere. An elegant, understated, very dry Champagne that would make a perfect aperitif of accompaniment to raw oysters."
