Stains the palate with sappy boysenberry, raspberry and floral pastille flavors energized by building mineral and white pepper notes. Conveys depth and power but comes off lively. Delivers emphatic lift on the impressively long, gentle tannic finish. Made with 40% whole clusters and raised in neutral ok demi-muids.
